Cleaning method of polishing machine fault
How should the glazing machine eliminate problems:
1) Small granular impurities appear on the surface of the glazing print
Cause of the problem: glazing guess mixed with impurities.
Solution: glazing paint should be filtered before use. Before the glazing machine paint bucket and cots should be clean and clean, to avoid dirt mixed.
2) Poor gloss of the glazing film layer
The cause of the problem :a. Coating is dry and the temperature is low in the pressing light; B. Poor quality of coating, low gloss after film formation; C. The coating concentration is small and the coating is too thin.
Solutions :a. Adjust the drying temperature of glazing coating and improve the pressure light temperature; B. Replace the coating, or improve the coating concentration, increase the amount of coating; C. Secondary coating can be used.
3) The film surface presents streaks or wrinkles
Cause of the problem :a. High viscosity of glazing paint; B. The amount of glazing coating is too large; C. Glazing coating is not good for the moisture of the printing surface ink layer; D. The pressure between the rubber roller and the imprint roller of the glazing machine is not uniform.
Solution :a. Join a few diluents to reduce the viscosity of the coating; B. Reduce the amount of glazing coating; C. Adjust the pressure between the rubber roller of the glazing machine and the imprint roller to remove streaks.
4) After printing press, the appearance is easy to crack (thick paper is more significant)
The cause of the fault: a. The high temperature in the pressing light makes the water content of the printed matter decrease and the paper fiber become brittle; B. High pressure in the pressing light, so that the extension and flexibility of the printed matter become poor; C. The selection of post-processing process conditions is not suitable; D. Poor processing suitability after glazing coating.
Solutions: a. Drop the drying temperature of the pressure light, and adopt useful measures to change the water content of the printed matter; B. Reduce light pressure; C. Adjust the processing conditions to match the suitability of the printed matter (after pressing and polishing).
5) After pressing, the blank part of the printed matter is pale, and the light part is discolored
The reason of the problem: a. The ink is dry and the solvent resistance of the ink layer is not good; B. The coating solvent on the ink layer must be dissolved; C. The coating layer is boring and incomplete, and the residual solvent is high.
Solutions: A. print is dull and then glazing; B. Cut the amount of solvent on the coating guess (solvent on the ink has the effect of solubilization), the conditions allow to change the solvent or replace the paint; C. Improve the drying temperature and reduce the residual solvent in the coating.
